Making it quick and easy to sharpen your knives without having to wield a butchers’ steel, the Chantry Knife Sharpener uses a ‘V’ shaped mechanism to replicate the effect for fantastic results with minimum effort.
The two spring-loaded sharpeners give a razor-sharp edge to both sides of your smooth or serrated knife, without any damage to the blade. Simply put your blade in and pull back as if slicing food. Being spring loaded, the steels rotate to prevent you wearing away your knife’s blade.
